Ask your club anything
Connect LetsPoker to the AI you already use, Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, and ask about your players and your games the way you'd ask a colleague. It looks at your club's own data and answers in seconds.

A day of Excel, in one question
How did the series go? Who stopped coming? Which second game should we run, and which night? Until now, each answer took an afternoon of exports and spreadsheets, or it was a guess.
The LetsPoker connector lets your AI assistant read your club's data: tournaments, entries, cash sessions, waiting lists and who uses your club in the app. You ask in plain words, in any language, and it answers from your own numbers, as a sentence, a table, a chart or a file you can send on. When an answer ends in a list of players, it can label them and schedule a push to them, and it asks before it changes anything.
Below is one club's chat, answered from its own data through the connector this October. We changed every number, renamed the club and hid every player.
Riverside Poker Club
How did the June series go? Entries, prize pools and the biggest events.
Used LetsPoker Admin
2,236 entries across 27 events, from 10 to 19 June. The Main Event drew 1,156 of them for a €346,800 prize pool, more than twice the next biggest event.
| Event | Entries | Prize pool |
|---|---|---|
| Main Event | 1,156 | €346,800 |
| Opening Event | 677 | €148,940 |
| High Roller PKO | 114 | €81,510 |
| Mystery Bounty | 185 | €33,300 |
| Bounty Hunter | 211 | €25,320 |
None of the events had a guarantee, so there was no overlay to cover.
Who played here regularly this summer and hasn't been back in the last 30 days?
Used LetsPoker Admin
34 players. Of the 76 who played on 8 days or more between June and August, 34 haven't played since 11 September. These came most often:
| Player | Days, Jun–Aug | Last played |
|---|---|---|
| R. K. Anonymous player from Austria | 64 | 24 Aug |
| L. M. Anonymous player from Germany | 20 | 21 Jul |
| D. A. Anonymous player from Austria | 17 | 13 Jul |
| T. S. Anonymous player from Czechia | 14 | 28 Aug |
| N. B. Anonymous player from Austria | 13 | 22 Aug |
| H. O. Anonymous player from Hungary | 12 | 6 Aug |
R. K. played 64 days this summer, so that one is worth a call. Names are hidden on this connection; you can unlock them for an hour from the AI Assistant tab in LetsPoker Admin. Want me to label all 34 “Win back”?
Yes, label them. Then draft a push inviting them back, for Thursday at 12:00.
Used LetsPoker Admin
Done: 34 players now have the label “Win back”. Here's the push, to that label on Thursday at 12:00:
It's been a while.
The cash games start at 20:00 every night, and Friday is the busiest. We'd love to see you back at the tables.
Should I schedule it?
Yes.
Used LetsPoker Admin
Scheduled. It goes to the 34 players labelled “Win back” on Thursday at 12:00. Both changes are in the history under your name.
We keep getting names for PLO 2/5 and NLH 5/10, but they rarely start. Which one should we run regularly, and on which night?
Used LetsPoker Admin
PLO 2/5, on Fridays. In the last 3 months PLO 2/5 had 314 waiting-list joins and NLH 5/10 296, and fewer than 1 in 5 ended in a seat. PLO 2/5 has the clearer night: Friday alone brought 82 joins from 45 different players.
| Day | PLO 2/5 joins | NLH 5/10 joins |
|---|---|---|
| Mon | 30 | 31 |
| Tue | 30 | 40 |
| Wed | 34 | 36 |
| Thu | 39 | 34 |
| Fri | 82 | 44 |
| Sat | 69 | 59 |
| Sun | 30 | 52 |
Most of those joins come in the app around noon, so a fixed Friday game at 20:00 reaches players who are already planning their night. NLH 5/10 is spread more evenly through the week, with Saturday the strongest.
When is the room at its fullest?
Used LetsPoker Admin
Friday and Saturday between 23:00 and 02:00, with about 21 players at 2.6 tables on average. Weeknights peak lower, at 14 to 16 players, and Thursday comes closest to the weekend.
Of the new players we got in August, how many came back for a second day?
Used LetsPoker Admin
47 of 182, about 1 in 4. 182 players played here for the first time in August, many of them visitors over the summer, and 47 came back on at least one more day that month.
Put together a report on how our cash games have grown since we started on LetsPoker: tables by month, the busiest nights, stakes, who opens us in the app and the waiting lists. Make it a PDF I can send to the owners.
Used LetsPoker Admin
Here it is, six pages. The short version: you went from 1.76 tables a day in January to May to 2.70 since August, the room now stays open almost 8 hours a night, and players line up in the app from noon. PLO 2/5 and NLH 5/10 keep drawing names but rarely start, which is where a second regular game could come from.
